How to check the status of my order?

Once orders are shipped, you will recieve an email confirmation which will include a tracking number. Orders can be tracked by entering the provide tracking number.
Where does Blum Tea source their tea?

We source our tea from the finest tea producers around the world. Some of our exotic teas are sourced from China, India, Sri Lanka South Africa and Taiwan. Other teas are produced in the USA. Our goal is to create unique blends when selected ingredients are available to create unique blends.
Where are your teas blended?

Our team blend all of our teas by hand in small and large batch quantities at a Washington, DC location.
Are your teas organic?

We source organic ingredients whenever possible. Some of our tea blends are organic and created with adding certified organic ingredients.
